I'm a consultant and trainer based in Strasbourg, working across France and internationally. After 10 years inside major corporations, I now bring 20 years of hands-on expertise to organisations through tailored training, certified coaching and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitation.
I combine certified methodologies with bespoke design, so teams leave with something that sticks well beyond the room.
I spent ten years inside large international organisations. I sat through their training programmes. Full days, slide decks, models. Then Monday morning came. Nothing had shifted. Not in me, not in the room. That frustration became my purpose.

LEGO® Serious Play®
Most group workshops are dominated by three or four voices. LSP® changes that entirely: every participant builds their response before sharing it. No idea gets dismissed before it exists. The result is real collective intelligence, not the illusion of it. In practice: a 12-person leadership team can align on a shared strategic vision in half a day, where three previous offsites had produced documents no one ever opened.
Each session opens with an individual build phase that draws in every person in the room. Every model carries its own meaning, and it is only when all contributions come together that the real answer emerges.
